algebra problems

Hi Friends!!!

How many of you find difficulty in solving algebra problems.

Algebra is the rules of operations and relations, and the constructions and concepts arising from terms, polynomials, equations and algebraic structures

algebra problems are primary resources maths. Let us solve some algebra problems.

Reduce the expression 2(a -3) + 4b - 2(a -b -3) + 5
Solution:
= 2(a -3) + 4b - 2(a -b -3) + 5
= 2a - 6 + 4b -2a + 2b + 6 + 5
= 6b + 5
Find the final solution for the given problem,
3(x + 2) + 15 = 2(2x + 4) + 8
Solution:
Distribute the following,
3x + 6 + 15 = 4x + 8 + 8
3x + 21 = 4x + 16
Arrange like terms on one side,
3x + 21 – 3x = 4x + 16 – 3x
21 = x + 16
21 – 16 = x + 16 – 16
5 = x
x = 5
I hope the above explanation was useful.Keep reading and leave your comments.
